I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on our non customized products, that means customized jerseys are not able to refund or return.If the product need to be returned, it must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. You would need to ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase immediately. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you would need to wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund. Customized jerseys are not able to get a refund or return.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You would need to cancel your order before it ships. Please email us at email@example.com to receive assistance from our customer support team.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
